On June 4, 2018, Lupi Quinteros-Grady stepped into the role of Latin American Youth Center ( LAYC) president & CEO. Prior to her current role, Ms. Quinteros-Grady served as the director of LAYC/MMYC. She has over 20 years of experience working in socio-economically challenged communities with at-risk youth. Ms. Quinteros-Grady has extensive knowledge of the development, design and replication of programs in the field of youth development and direct knowledge of laws, rules, regulations, policies, and initiatives that govern community-based organizations in DC and Maryland.
