As a native Washingtonian, I have a unique appreciation for this great city we call home. Growing up in Chevy Chase DC, I spent my formative years lost in a book at Politics & Prose or exploring Rock Creek Park with my puppy brothers (only child problems, am I right?). After graduating from The George Washington University, I joined the team as the first full time Nester over ten years ago. A love for understanding places and spaces and what draws people to them made it a perfect fit. Over the next several years, I sat in almost every seat at the company - from property manager to director of client services and ultimately to VP of Nest DC. In 2014, I knew it was time to leverage that unparalleled experience into the last piece of my educational puzzle - an MBA. With those letters, I spent years as a relationship manager at one of the largest banks in America. In 2019, my family and my Nest called me back to the District. Today, I oversee Flock’s strategic growth and partnerships and direct our increasingly complex financial division. But work is the win. I love engaging with my hometown city and its residents in new and interesting ways, creating exceptional partnerships with other values based businesses and making a real difference in the District.
