Jason Lewis
Director of Client Success

I’ve called the DC area home my entire life. I have many fond memories of taking day trips to the National Mall as a kid. For college I stayed local, and received my bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland. Go Terps! After a short stint in banking, I found my way to community association management.

Since joining the industry over a decade ago, I've successfully obtained my Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) designations. My portfolio has included large scale homeowners associations, operationally advanced condominiums, and Class A mixed-use developments. Over the past several years, I've had the privilege to take on senior executive level positions. As Roost’s Director of Client Success, my role is to ensure the design and delivery of the client experience. How do we do this? Well, I’ll let you in on the secret: best in class building management, a focus on communication, and dedicated professionals.

Outside of work, I’m usually exploring the city that I love! I’m a big foodie, and love navigating our culinary scene. A sports fanatic, you’ll find me cheering on our Nationals or my beloved Maryland Terrapins. Artistically speaking, my primary focuses are cooking and photography. Let’s just say my phone has a good number of pasta glamour shots.

About

Flock DC is a real estate management company serving the District proper.

We knew from the start that to take flight, we all need fuel. This core value is at the heart of Flock’s birdSEED philanthropic giving initiative.

Good citizenship and bold contributions to community are part of our wingprint. Our giving began 12 years ago with our time. Indeed, it was all we had to spare. We helped build playgrounds, plant gardens, serve meals and sort clothing. We have (and still) wander the streets with trash bags and lend our spaces to those who have needed to gather, plot and plan for a better world.

These are the seeds we’re planting today as part of a reparative move toward a more just future.

We hope you join us. We have a lot of work to do.
