Real Estate became a passion for LaToya in 2013 when a family member lost their home to foreclosure. This experience encouraged LaToya to become an educator and advocate for those in similar situations. Since then, LaToya assisted her clients in sales and investments of residential and commercial properties. In combination, her professional approach, strong problem solving techniques, negotiation skills and investment analysis were proven to be a great asset for her clients.

In addition to her various accomplishments in the Real Estate Market, LaToya brings over ten years of leadership experience to the table. LaToya held various management positions within the Child Welfare system prior to her success as a Realtor. LaToya received her Masters of Education from Wilmington University. Prior to receiving her Masters Degree, she received her Bachelors of Science from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.

With almost a decade of experience in real estate, LaToya established The LaToya Fowler Team in 2020. The LF Team is a collective of real estate professionals who successfully cover 9 counties within the state of PA, Delaware and Maryland. 

In 2021, LaToya established Dream Builders Learning Academy (DBLA). DBLA is an online self paced module which provides education to future homeowners. The module provides closed captions for the hearing imparied. Within the upcoming months, additional modules will be uploaded to focus on purchasing: New Constructions, Investment Properties and Listing Properties for sale. Additional languages are underway as well.
